User Agreement

1. Definitions
   1. Developer ("We", "Us", "Our") means Sole Proprietor Aleksei Bukhalo, TIN 40319627, duly registered in Yerevan, Armenia, in accordance with applicable law.
   2. Service means the "7 heaven" software service made available by the Developer through the websites exosf.alexnod.com and exosf.com, and/or through third-party platforms, including VK, Google Play, Apple App Store, and other distribution channels.
   3. User ("You", "Your") means an individual using the Service.
2. Status of the Terms
   1. These Terms constitute an agreement between the Developer and the User and govern their respective rights and obligations in connection with the use of the Service.
   2. The provisions of these Terms shall be deemed a public offer. By launching the Service, You fully and unconditionally accept these Terms.
   3. The current version of these Terms, which constitute a public document, is created by the Developer and is available to any Internet user at exosf.com/legal/en/terms. The Developer may amend these Terms by publishing a new version at the same link. Any new version of the Terms shall enter into force upon publication. By continuing to use the Service, You agree to the updated version of the Terms.
3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
   1. You must review the information about the Developer, the Developer's Privacy Policy, and these Terms before first launching the Service. If You do not agree with the provisions of any of these documents, You must refrain from launching or using the Service.
   2. You must be at least 16 years of age. You undertake to use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Offering services related to the use of the Service to other Users for profit is prohibited. Any actions threatening the secure or proper functioning of the Service are prohibited, including decompilation, monitoring of source code or network activity, sending requests to the Service's servers outside the Service interface, using automated scripts enabling interaction with the Service without Your participation, as well as intentional exploitation of software errors and dissemination of information about such errors.
   3. The Developer may, at any time, make changes to the functionality of the Service with or without notifying Users, and may also carry out technical maintenance resulting in temporary unavailability of the Service to Users.
   4. The Developer may unilaterally determine the price of certain services offered through the Service, expressed in the internal currency of the platform on which the Service is distributed, in Russian rubles, or in the User's local currency. The User shall pay for such services in accordance with these Terms. If the Developer discovers any improper payments made by the User in connection with the Service, the Developer may refuse to provide further services to the User.
   5. The Developer may request and use information about the User solely for the purpose of providing services related to the use of the Service. The Developer's use of User information is governed by the Developer's Privacy Policy available at exosf.com/legal/en/privacy.
   6. The Developer may restrict, suspend, or terminate the User's access to the Service, with or without cause, with or without notice, for a definite or indefinite period, including, without limitation, in the event that the User violates these Terms, the Child Safety Standards available at exosf.com/legal/en/child-safety, or any Service-specific rules made available within the Service and at exosf.com/order/main.
4. Virtual Currency
   1. In-game currency ("Coins") means conditional digital accounting units reflected in Your balance. Coins are used to obtain access to enhanced functionality of the Service.
   2. Coins are not money, electronic money, currency, a means of payment, securities, cryptocurrency, property, or proprietary rights. The presence of Coins in Your balance shall not give rise to any property-related claims by You against the Developer.
   3. The purchase of Coins constitutes payment for a digital service. Such service shall be deemed rendered at the moment the Coins are credited to Your balance.
   4. Coins are non-exchangeable, non-withdrawable, non-redeemable for money, and may only be used within the Service.
   5. The Service allows voluntary transfers of Coins between Users by means of the Service. The Developer is not a party to any arrangements between Users, does not guarantee the return of Coins, and does not resolve disputes related to such transfers.
   6. If You are blocked in the Service, Your right to use the Coins in Your balance shall be suspended for the duration of such block, unless otherwise expressly required by applicable law.
   7. The Developer may adjust Your balance in the event of technical errors, malfunctions, improper payments, payment chargebacks, breaches of these Terms, or breaches of rules applicable to a specific Service.
5. Warranties and Liability
   1. You acknowledge and agree that the Service is provided on an "as is" basis. The Developer makes no warranties regarding the consequences of using the Service or the interaction of the Service with other software.
   2. The Developer does not warrant that the Service will be suitable for any particular purpose. You acknowledge and agree that the results of using the Service may not meet Your expectations.
   3. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable to Users or third parties for any indirect losses, including lost profits, losses caused by loss of data, or harm to honor, dignity, or business reputation, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service or the inability to use the Service, including where such losses arise from failure of the Service, a User's suspension or blocking in the Service, or any other interruption in the operation of the Service.
   4. You are solely responsible for Your actions in using the Service, including for posting and transmitting any information to other Users by means of the Service. You are solely responsible for compliance with third-party rights, the laws applicable at Your actual location, these Terms, and any additional rules applicable to a specific Service.
6. Final Provisions
   1. You may refuse the provision of services at any time by discontinuing use of the Service.
   2. The Developer may at any time suspend or terminate the operation of the Service, with or without notice to Users, including in the event of a change in business model, discontinuation of support by third-party platforms, technical impossibility of further operation of the Service, or for any other reason.
   3. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation. Any matters not regulated by these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
   4. In the event of any disputes or disagreements arising in connection with the performance of these Terms, the Developer and the User shall use their best efforts to resolve them through negotiations. If such disputes cannot be resolved through negotiations, they shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the applicable laws of the Russian Federation.
   5. These Terms are drafted in the English language. The Russian version of these Terms is available at exosf.com/legal/ru/terms.
   6. If, for any reason, one or more provisions of these Terms are held invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
   7. The Parties shall be released from liability for full or partial non-performance of their obligations under these Terms if such non-performance results from force majeure circumstances arising after acceptance of these Terms, which the Parties could neither foresee nor prevent by reasonable measures. Such circumstances include, without limitation: actions of public authorities, changes in legislation, sanctions restrictions, failures of communications networks and hosting providers, technical failures resulting in corruption or deletion of user data, malfunctions of third-party platforms, attacks by third parties, natural disasters, and other extraordinary circumstances.
