Privacy Policy

Definitions
1. Developer ("We", "Us", "Our") means Sole Proprietor Aleksei Bukhalo, TIN 40319627, duly registered in Yerevan, Armenia, in accordance with applicable law.
2. Service means the "7 heaven" software service made available by the Developer through the websites exosf.alexnod.com and exosf.com, and/or through third-party platforms, including VK, Google Play, Apple App Store, and other distribution channels.
3. User ("You", "Your") means an individual using the Service.
4. Policy means this Privacy Policy of the Developer applicable to the Service.
General Provisions
1. This Policy is an official document of the Developer. It defines the procedure for the processing and protection of information relating to Users.
2. The purpose of this Policy is to ensure adequate protection of information relating to Users, including their personal data, against unauthorized access and disclosure.
3. Relations relating to the collection, storage, dissemination, and protection of information relating to Users shall be governed by this Policy and the laws of the Russian Federation.
4. The current version of this Policy, which constitutes a public document, is created by the Developer and is available to any Internet user at exosf.com/legal/en/privacy. The Developer may amend this Policy. If amendments are made, the Developer shall publish a new version of the Policy, with or without notice to Users.
5. By using the Service, You express Your unconditional consent to the terms of this Policy. If You do not agree with the terms of this Policy, You must immediately cease using the Service.
Terms of Use of the Service
1. When providing services relating to the use of the Service, the Developer, acting reasonably and in good faith, assumes that You:
  - possess all rights necessary to use the Service;
  - provide accurate information about Yourself to the extent necessary for use of the Service;
  - understand that information posted by You when using the Service may become available to other Users of the Service and may be copied and disseminated by such Users;
  - understand that certain types of information transmitted by You to other Users when using the Service may not subsequently be deleted by You;
  - have read this Policy, agree to it, and accept the rights and obligations set out herein.
2. The Developer does not verify the accuracy of information received about Users.
3. The Service is not intended for children under 16 years of age. If You become aware that Your child has provided personal information without Your consent, please contact the Developer.
Purposes of Information Processing
1. The Developer processes information relating to Users, including their personal data, for the purposes of proper functioning of the Service and performance of the Developer's obligations to Users in connection with the use of the Service.
Categories of User Information
1. The Developer processes information about You, including:
  - Your personal data provided by the platform on which the Service is distributed (with that platform's consent), or provided upon Your authorization through such platform, including first name, last name, gender, date of birth, username, city of residence, profile photo, list of friends or subscriptions, and preferred language. In addition, as You use the Service for its normal functioning, the Service may request from such platforms information such as Your audio recordings list, presence in the official community, albums list, and photographs.
  - Information independently provided by You when using the Service, such as username, messages sent, a photo selected from Your device, a photo taken through the camera interface, audio input from Your device microphone, and/or Your audio recordings when broadcasting on the radio feature.
  - Information that may be obtained by the Developer during Your use of the Service, including IP address and Cookies.
Processing of Users' Personal Data
1. Your personal data shall be processed on the basis of the following principles:
  - lawfulness of the purposes and methods of personal data processing and good faith;
  - consistency of the purposes of personal data processing with the purposes predetermined and declared at the time of collection of personal data;
  - correspondence of the scope and nature of the personal data processed, and the methods of personal data processing, to the purposes of such processing;
  - inadmissibility of combining databases containing personal data that were created for purposes incompatible with one another.
2. The information specified in Section 5 of this Policy is transferred, or may subsequently be transferred, to the Developer with Your consent expressed by way of implied conduct:
  - when launching the Service from the website exosf.alexnod.com or exosf.com, or through the official applications for Android or iOS, upon authorization via one of the offered platforms or upon completion of registration;
  - when launching the Service directly from the platform on which the Service is distributed, upon clicking the button provided by such platform, such as "Install", "Play", "Launch", or any equivalent button.
3. Your personal data shall not be transferred to any third parties except as expressly provided for in this Policy. Disclosure of Your personal data upon request of state authorities shall be carried out in the manner prescribed by law.
4. Since the Service is a means of communication, the following information may be available to other Users:
  - data displayed in Your profile, such as username, photo, online status, and other information, except for information hidden by You in the settings;
  - Your current account on the platform through which You authorized in the Service, unless such account is hidden in the settings;
  - Your messages transmitted in chats or by any other method of mass sending;
  - Your private messages, as well as other private actions such as gifts or transfers, shall be visible only to You and the User to whom they are addressed;
  - Your microphone audio signal and/or Your audio recordings broadcast on the radio feature, if You act as a radio host;
  - Your other actions related to the use of the Service that are directly connected with its core functionality.
5. Your IP address and Cookies are transmitted in anonymized form to our partner service, Yandex Metrica, for the collection and analysis of visit statistics. This Policy does not apply to the methods and procedures used by partners to process personal data; such partners maintain their own privacy policies.
6. Your personal data and other necessary data shall be stored for the duration of Your use of the Service, and after cessation of such use, for the period required by and established under applicable law. A portion of the data may also be retained for the technical integrity of the database.
Rights and Obligations of Users
1. You have the right to obtain free access to information about Yourself by using the Service.
2. Upon request, You have the right to obtain from the Developer information relating to the processing of Your personal data.
3. You have the right to request deletion of Your personal data. The procedure for deletion of personal data is described at: exosf.com/legal/en/destruction.
Measures for Protection of User Information
1. The Developer takes technical, organizational, and legal measures in order to ensure protection of Your personal data against any unlawful actions in relation thereto. Any information received or transmitted when You use the Service is encrypted in accordance with the TLS protocol using a certificate validated by a certification authority.
Limitation of the Policy
1. This Policy does not apply to actions of third parties. The Developer shall not be liable for actions of third parties who, as a result of the use of the Service, gain access to Your information. The Developer recommends that You act responsibly with respect to the content of information You publish when using the Service.
