Child Safety Standards

1. Definitions
   1. Developer ("We", "Us", "Our") means Sole Proprietor Aleksei Bukhalo, TIN 40319627, duly registered in Yerevan, Armenia, in accordance with applicable law.
   2. Service means the "7 heaven" software service made available by the Developer through the websites exosf.alexnod.com and exosf.com, and/or through third-party platforms, including VK, Google Play, Apple App Store, and other distribution channels.
   3. User ("You", "Your") means an individual using the Service.
   4. Standards means these Child Safety Standards set out in this document.
2. General Provisions
   The Service is committed to maintaining a safe digital environment for its users and enforces a zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).
3. Prohibited Content and Conduct
   The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Service, regardless of the format of the relevant content or conduct, including, without limitation, text, images, audio, links, usernames, profile descriptions, messages, and any other materials:

   • any content involving or promoting the sexual exploitation of children;
   • any sexualized depictions of minors;
   • the creation, storage, publication, transmission, distribution, solicitation, promotion of, or attempted access to child sexual abuse material (CSAM);
   • sexualized communication involving minors;
   • grooming, coercion, blackmail, recruitment, enticement, or attempts to establish contact with minors for sexual purposes;
   • any other use of the Service that may endanger child safety.
4. Age Restrictions and Safety
   The Service is intended only for users who are legally permitted to use the Service under applicable law and the rules governing the Service. Users are prohibited from using the Service to harm minors, establish inappropriate contact with minors, or distribute prohibited content.
5. Reports and Complaints
   If a user becomes aware of any content, profile, or conduct that may violate these Standards, the user may report it through the in-Service reporting mechanism and through the contact address provided on this page. Upon receipt of a report or upon identifying a potential violation, We may review the relevant content or account and take the enforcement measures set out in these Standards.
6. Enforcement Measures
   Where materials or conduct related to child sexual abuse or exploitation are identified, We may take enforcement measures including:

   • removal of prohibited or otherwise unacceptable content without prior notice;
   • restriction of certain account functions, temporary suspension, or permanent suspension of an account that violates these Standards;
   • retention of relevant information to the extent necessary for compliance with applicable legal obligations;
   • reporting to competent authorities and other authorized organizations, where applicable and/or required by law.
7. Cooperation with Competent Authorities
   We may cooperate with law enforcement authorities and other competent bodies where required by applicable law, platform rules, the rules governing the Service, or where necessary to prevent threats to child safety.

   • reports concerning content that may pose a risk to child safety;
   • reports of violations of these Standards;
